Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be transferred to another available time within the current school term or the following school holiday period.

• Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for a make-up lesson or refund.

Make-Up Lessons

If a lesson is rescheduled at the student’s request:

• The make-up lesson must take place within the same school term or the immediately following school holiday period.

• For students who do not follow school terms, the make-up lesson must be completed within two months of the original lesson.

• Make-up lessons cannot be carried over into the following term.

• If a suitable time cannot be arranged within the applicable period, the lesson will be forfeited.

Missed Lessons​

• Lessons missed without prior notice will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
